: The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative/secretarial support to the Chief Adult/Juvenile Probation Officer and Probation Department. A variety of office management functions are performed including maintaining Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency permanent court files, data entry functions for Court of Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS) and both adult and juvenile case management programs.
The position is also is responsible for the collection of all fines, costs, fees, and restitution ordered by the Court and assists with the active and inactive collection caseload.
Many duties performed are highly confidential. The duties are performed under the direction of the Chief Adult/Juvenile Probation Officer.
