Requirements:
An Administrative Assistant helps the People Department Manager hire qualified crew, train, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Previous HR experience is preferred, hiring and scheduling experience required. Responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start. We are looking for a positive and motivated in dividual to join the team. The right candidate should be able to:
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Collaborate and provide feedback to both managers and supervisors
- Possess good judgement and decision-making skills
- Operate Microsoft Excel and Word
- Successfully manage time and organize the work
