Form of work1. Demonstrates successful patient/technical skills by producing a variety of CT procedures while maintaining the high standards of patient care.
2. Uses administrative skills to contribute to the successful operations of CT.
3. Collaborates effectively with co-workers and staff to ensure that assignments are completed in a professional and effective manner. Displays a commitment to hospital's missions and values.
4. Assists with preparing written documentation as required by the profession, department, hospital and accrediting bodies. Assists manager with ODH, MQSA, and JCAHO readiness. Participates in the inspection process.
5. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of department and associated work areas in compliance with JACHO regulations.
6. Provides age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
7. Provides intermittent direct and indirect supervision of employees in an assigned area to provide support in the supervisor absence.
8. Assists supervisor in maintaining licensure and continuing education requirements of staff.
9. Preserves support for the learning environment of the hospital and CT section.
10. Performs timekeeping edits as needed and approvals in the supervisors' absence.
11. Maintains modality schedule, PTO requests, staffing to volumes in conjunction with the supervisor.
12. Responsible for PACS QC and follow up reporting patterns to the supervisor. Requests and assists in the maintenance of supplies necessary for department operations.
13. Performs daily billing reconciliation.
14. Assists Supervisor with ACR Accreditation.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or completion of an accredited 2-year program of Radiologic Technology Required
- Active credential from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required
- Active License from Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Required
- Active CPR
- CT Certification
- 5+ years of experience
