- Strong Technology skills, including extensive use of Microsoft applications as well as MCIU software.
- Specialized skills in area to be able to work autonomously as proven through work experience.
- Customer service with staff, students and families
- Familiarity and ability to use various technology and database systems
- Ability to multi-tasking with attention to detail
- Necessary to be flexible and adaptable to various interruptions
- Problem-solving ability and experience de-escalating contentious situations with students and families

- Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI
- Facilitate and disseminate correspondence, teacher conference evaluations and reports for Principal.
- Run reports in student information system for Principal; create mail merges and entry/analysis in budget software.
- Ensure an adequate inventory and distribution of school supplies.
- Maintain and update files, including confidential personnel files.
- Coordinate and organize various student functions including but not limited to 9th grade orientation, academic award programs and graduation.
- Process building maintenance, custodial and repair work orders.
- Assist teachers with projects as necessary.
- Organize daily schedule, set appointments, and maintain calendar for Principal.
- Greet and screen visitors to the High School and handle communications with parents and interested parties.
- Issue working papers to all High School students living with the Upper Merion boundaries.
- Responsible for all aspects of petty cash including bookkeeping.
- Ensure student obligations, costs for book retrieval and other requirements are met at the end of the school year.
- Collect fees related to the school laptop program and work with the business office and technology department to maintain a proper accounting of monies collected.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.
