Our client, located in the Golden Valley area, is looking for the right candidate to start in an entry level Bond Underwriter Trainee. This person will be the Front Desk admin and could eventually move into a Bond Underwriting position.
This candidate will be interacting on a daily basis with insurance agents and contractors via phone and email. When they first start they will be doing tasks such as:
- Answering the phones
- Filing bonds
- Faxing confidential documents
- Typing up bonds, strong accuracy required
- Data Entry into company specific programs
- Working with underwriters on their accounts
- Assisting underwriters with their bond needs
- General support throughout the office
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of school or working experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Word
- High School Diploma
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
