Position Title:Administrative Assistant (Temporary Part-time)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our People & Culture team in completing a digital documentation project. This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks related to digital document management, including but not limited to Egnyte, Word, and Adobe software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience working with digital platforms and office software.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with digital document management tasks using Egnyte, Word, Adobe, and other relevant software.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience with Egnyte, Word, Adobe, and other relevant software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in administrative roles or similar preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus but not required.
- Pre-employment screenings include criminal background check, FBI/DOJ fingerprinting, TB test, drug screen, and previous employment verification.
Duration:
- This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 8-10 weeks with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
- Hybrid, 20 hours per week, flexible hours within standard business hours.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and typing.
- Modification to work schedule may be made based on needs of the Foundation.
