Position Summary: We are looking for an extroverted, assertive Administrative/Operations Assistant to assist with our office's day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will communicate effectively with management, vendors, and clients.
Answer Phone Calls and dispatch. Work with our Ticketing system to create and dispatch service tickets.
Your job is to have effective and professional communication and organization to ensure the schedule is running smoothly.
The right candidate is passionate about helping the team and is looking forward to growing within our company.
*Although this is an IT company, IT knowledge is not necessary to succeed in this position. However, some understanding of IT will be a major plus.
You will report and work directly with the CEO, Service Manager, Project Manager, visit prospects and clients, and ensure proper communication and notes for ongoing projects and meetings.

- Oversee office appearance, make coffee, help with trash, supplies, etc.
- Fast learner who isn't afraid to ask questions
- Ability to assess the next steps in a project and follow up to ensure each step gets completed without management's involvement
- Ability to communicate with staff, management, and clients efficiently and professionally:
- Comfortable leading team meetings to review project status and schedule
- Build relationships with our clients: strengthen company relations, perception, and client satisfaction
- Document new configurations
- Fast turnaround of management & customer requests
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Ability to learn new software like our PSA ConnectWise Manage. Training will be provided.
- *Fast typist: ability to take detailed meeting notes required
- Strong organizational and planning skills - ability to assess the next steps on your own
Not necessary, but a plus:
- Leadership/Management experience (in any industry)
- Associates Degree
