Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, help with HOA policies and procedures.
- Facilitate new homeowners into the community.
- Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
- Create member amenity ID’s.
- Update gate software.
- Answers guest questions and provides directions.
- Accountable for all checks and credit card receipts.
- Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
- Create homeowner files with all appropriate paperwork.
- Administrative responsibilities in support of the General Manager
- Facilitate homeowners with paying quarterly HOA fees.
- Facilitate EZ Suite member charge process
- Assists with copying and message taking duties.
- Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
- Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Community Association experience preferred.
Job hours are currently 9:00am to 5:00pm. Monday - Friday
