Full-time position for an Administrative Assistant with Rauch, Inc. Administratively assists with the operations of Rauch, Inc., in New Albany, IN; Supports the COO through coordination of operation functions and projects; Administratively supports Rauch Core departments, as requested; Coordinates the work of the COO in contacting and communicating with the Board of Directors, the Rauch Foundation, the Management Team, and outside businesses, organizations, and individuals; Administrative and Clerical duties; and serves as a back-up receptionist as needed.
Skills that align well with this role include: organization, communication, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint), attention to detail, and availability to potentially work a flexible schedule.
Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma/GED, a minimum of two years of clerical experience, computer knowledge and be detail oriented. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required.
