FSS is looking for an organized, outgoing, and detail orientated Operations Administrative Assistant. This role requires professionalism, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage an ever-changing calendar. This role will support a variety of executive functions within the operations and the project delivery departments.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management
- Managing Correspondences
- Developing and Maintaining filing Systems
Assisting with Special Projects
- Someone who is organized
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Someone with high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products
- Someone who is intuitive, thinks independently and is a great problem solver
- Someone who values discretion
- Someone who can multi-task and change direction quickly
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support
Qualifications:
- Two + years of Administration Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
