Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, as well as basic bookkeeping experience .
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Some basic bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks) as well data entry and record keeping
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
