The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for all physician teams as is needed
- Primary Responsibilities
1. Establishes oneself as the role model for teamwork, professionalism andcooperation/support for the physician team and other members of SCOI.
2. Acts in a manner that is supportive of SCOI policies and mission.
3. Report to work on time daily.
4. Triages physician phone calls and provides call backs in timely fashion.
5. Checks and maintains team faxes and processes as needed.
6. Assists physician teams with processing RFAs, Referrals, Disability forms, etc.
7. Assists in clinic as needed.
8. Process disability forms in a timely manner
9. Opens and processes provider mail as necessary.
10. Scanning paperwork into Care Connect/iCap as needed.
11. Special Projects as directed by Manager of Clinical/Administrative Support.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
