Pastry Cook

SEEKING PASTRY COOK FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE: Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for energetic & passionate Pastry Cooks to join the team. Pastry Cook Responsibilities include:

• AM/PM service and/or production
• Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
• Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality desserts to support the pastry team

Pastry Cook Requirements:

• Baking/Pastry degree or relevant high-end restaurant experience
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
• Responsible, respectful and team player
• Great work ethic and committed to being the best
• Physical requirements include: ability to lift and carry items up to 50lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
• Broad and flexible availability to work
