Requirements
Essential qualifications:
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required or obtainable as part of the role
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, or Brokerage Services
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior or current contact center background
- Experience in customer service, client support, and problem-solving
- Proven analytical skills for risk management and trading accuracy
- Familiarity with securities industry and expertise in options and equities
