Job Description:
Perform general office tasks and administrative duties between colleagues, customers, and vendors including but not limited to bookkeeping, answering phone calls, coordinating communication with vendors and customers, and running company related errands
Job Responsibilities:
- New employee orientation
- Download time clock time for locations and review for accuracy
- Obtain, open, distribute and send all mail for all companies
- Create and make deposits for all companies
- Apply customer payments in software for all companies
- Including obtaining payment detail from customer portals
- Match customer invoices to customer payments and file accordingly
- Answer phone calls and answer questions or transfer to correct individuals
- Coordinate supply orders as needed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and reach overhead.
