We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a fast-growing, congenial workplace. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relations.
Project work – Impact Technologies, LLC contracts with a range of Carolina-based clients to conceive, design and install professional low-voltage systems, including audio, video, lighting, security, and networking.
Administrative Assistant’s role – an Administrative Assistant is a support specialist who is responsible for managing and distributing clear and concise information among co-workers and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Administrative Assistant’s fit into the organization – the Administrative Assistant supports the center of the information flow and structure of Impact Technologies project work by maintaining the company’s project records and information standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
- Researches, compiles, and summarizes information for reports or presentations
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
- Works closely with other staff and supports colleagues as needed
Day-to-Day Activities
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- Assists clients and other visitors
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting

Work hours – M-F 8:30am-5pm with occasional evenings

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
