Job Description
- Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit.
- Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.
- Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination.
- Maintains confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable using SAP ERP system to create purchase orders, confirm receipt of materials, and generate reports.
- Interact with contractors to verify PO in place, invoice submitted for completed work, and any payment questions.
- Order parts and equipment for various project. Proficient at using Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- A plus would be to be familiar with parts inventory systems.
