Job Description:
- Assisting in contacting clients, local and federal agencies.
- Assisting in personnel procedures.
- Providing support to the Human Resources department.
- Supporting in the promotion of the Company’s services to new, prospective, and existing clients.
- Scheduling Audit Visits to customers.
- Scheduling seminars for customers.
- Assisting in the Company’s activities.
- Direct contact clients and employees.
- Handling of forms associated to personnel.
- Reports to the General Manger, Vice President and the company owners.
- Any other task or tasks that the company may require.
