Administrative Assistant (Hr)

Job Description:

• Assisting in contacting clients, local and federal agencies.
• Assisting in personnel procedures.
• Providing support to the Human Resources department.
• Supporting in the promotion of the Company’s services to new, prospective, and existing clients.
• Scheduling Audit Visits to customers.
• Scheduling seminars for customers.
• Assisting in the Company’s activities.
• Direct contact clients and employees.
• Handling of forms associated to personnel.
• Reports to the General Manger, Vice President and the company owners.
• Any other task or tasks that the company may require.
