RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking for an Administrative Assistant with the following requirements and responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support and performs clerical tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping, such as invoicing, receiving payment, and record keeping.
- Responsible for the preparation and sending of correspondence among other administrative functions.
- Receives office visitors and ensures they receive the assistance needed.
- Schedule and communicate meetings (internal and external) for director.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the organization’s dealings and workings
Requirements:
- Associate degree in administration, management or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
