Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistantresponsible for carrying out different administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements & Skills

1. Associate Degree (Preferred)

2. Three (3) years of experience in Customer Service

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills

4. Hands-on experience with office equipment

5. Proficiency on MS Office apps (Word, Excel)

6. Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)

7. Detail oriented

8. Communication driven

9. Team oriented

10. Goal oriented

11. High level of ethics

12. Self-driven and highly responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
