As an Entry-Level (Staff) Electrical Engineer, your primary role involves contributing to the design and development of electrical systems. Working collaboratively with a team of engineers, you will play a crucial role in new product development and improvements to existing products. Additionally, you will engage in reverse engineering aging cards and systems to update them according to modern standards.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to new product development and enhancements to existing products.
· Assist in reverse engineering aging cards and systems, ensuring successful modernization.
· Participate in the design of electrical systems, fixtures, and panels, aligning them with customer requirements.
· Develop electrical drawings with schematics, supporting product design through calculations and analysis.
· Contribute to the development of manufacturing process specifications and assist in testing manufactured items for compliance.
· Provide technical support to customers for issue resolution and contribute to the development of technical manuals.
· Attend team meetings to offer input into product quality plans and assist in managing projects.
Skills:
· Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles.
· Proficiency in CAD software for circuit design.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration within a team.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Entry-level experience (0 years)
· Must be a US Citizen
Government Security Clearance:
This position requires a minimum of a secret security clearance from the government. If you are selected and do not already have a clearance, you will receive a background check to make sure you meet the requirements to access secret information.
