Starting salary is $20.00-22.00 per hour commensurate to experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to General Manger and Supervisors.
- Provide support to the client and team members as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and file office paperwork.
- Organize and maintain team member personnel paperwork.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews for new hires.
- Process background checks and work closely with Occupational Health to ensure new hires are scheduled for their physicals.
- Track all new hires that are in process and assist with orientation.
- Track team member call offs and tardiness.
- Input new team member information into the payroll system and assist team members with questions they have regarding the payroll system.
- Perform Accounting and Payroll tasks.
- Process Workers’ Compensation claims and FMLA requests.
- Assist with setting up conference rooms.
Job Relations:
- Responsible to and reports directly to General Manager.
- Must work closely with Administration and Institution department heads, as well as with staff.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources strongly desired
Experience utilizing HRMS systems or ability to learn systems quickly
Outstanding Communication Skills
Payroll experience a very strong plus
Basic understanding of HR employee and employer relationship management
Tech Savvy with in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office and applications
Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast paced office setting
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Experience using and maintaining typical office equipment
