The Role
As an essential member of Frontier Investment Management Company, the Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to our Directors in their business development capacity. Your role will involve a blend of traditional administrative tasks and dynamic project coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team’s daily activities. You will report to the Director and Managing Director.
What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive support to a Director and Managing Director.
• Manage multiple Microsoft Outlook calendars
• Create and manage expense reports.
• Conduct ongoing outreach via email and phone to schedule 1:1 meeting between Directors/Managing Directors and Schwab Financial Consultants and/or clients

What You’ll Bring:

• High School degree required
• Minimum of three years of previous experience required
• Exceptional organizational talent with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more
• Proactive in managing and prioritizing calendars
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Aptitude for excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written communication

What We Offer:

• Base Salary of $75,000 with opportunities for a discretionary annual bonus
• Must reside in Northern California (preferable San Francisco Bay Area or South/East Bay).
• Fully remote work arrangement, with attendance required at select client events (approximately 5-7 per year in the Bay Area) #LI-Hybrid
