Administrative Assistant (Part-time; In-person position)

LOCATION: WINTER GARDEN

  • Work 3-5 days a week, with 4-8 hours per day, all tailored to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle preferences.
  • Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
  • Operating hours: 9am - 5pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with office administration, organization and customer inquiries.
  • Manage day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping with precision.
  • Process and audit invoices, payments, expense reports, and payroll.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Process and audit returns and exchanges.
  • Assist with calls, meetings, supplies, and orders.
  • Be the go-to person for administrative, organizational and accounts queries.
  • Keep the office clean, organized and tidy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a thriving and collaborative work environment.SKILLS NEEDED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with a laser-sharp eye for accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to efficiently synthesize findings and create summary reports for executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A keen eye for numbers, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. In-depth knowledge of accounting. bookkeeping, and office administration.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex accounts with financial accuracy.
  • Openminded and strong ability to constructively process feedback for continuous improvement.
