SalaryWe are a friendly private family dental practice focused on excellent patient care seeking an office assistant / Dental Receptionist, approx 30+ hours/wk.
Applicants with great computer skills and ability to learn office procedures given top preference.
Some dental experience and understanding of dental procedures preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the front desk staff as needed in daily operations
- Make sure waiting area and public areas are clean and organized
- Confirm appointments with patients via telephone, email, text
- Inbound/Outbound calls
- Organizing/Filing
- Supporting office projects as assigned
- Maintaining and managing patient records with accurate data entry of all patient information
- Responding to and replying to patient and doctor requests for information
- Performing other related job duties as assigned
- Excellent computer and communication skills required
