Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper needed for Roofing Company
DUTIES:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Coordinate scheduling and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
SKILLS:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Quickbooks, Gmail, Google Sheets & Docs
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Clerical skills such as filing, organizing, and transcribing information
- Typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
