In this role, you will ensure professional courtesy is extended to residents and visitors, as well as assist with the daily functions of the office, including but not limited to, answering the telephone in a high volume office, rent collection, ordering supplies, and assisting with specific daily tasks.
This opportunity offers a typical work schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and facilitating overnight shipping.
- Assist with property operations, including: completing recertifications interviews, check requests, filing paid invoices, and distributing resident requests appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage all aspects of front desk duties.
- Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Greet all personnel and visitors and notify the appropriate personnel member.
- Attend regular industry sponsored training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with all WinnResidential policies and procedures distributed by the Regulatory Compliance Department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgement.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management industry.
