Sakon, www.sakon.com, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate office in Burlington, VT. This position will work closely with the Director of Client Payments to efficiently and accurately maintain and pay client invoices as well as daily administrative tasks.
Administrative Assistant Tasks:
- Checks: manages supply and issue payments
- Payment Processing: Make client payments via phone calls and ACH
- Scanning: Assist with sorting invoices
- Credit Card Tracking: Assist with updating data related to credit cards
- Assist Department Director with day-to-day tasks as needed
Experience/Skills required for the Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma/GED
- Data entry skills
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Very organized, accurate, and detail oriented
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Required Hours for the Administrative Assistant Role:
- Monday – Friday
- 20-25 hours/week
