The Product Director will serve as a part of our Executive Leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to both holistically guide product strategy while also executing on Product Management tasks and activities.
What you'll need
- A proven track record in product management with several years of experience, demonstrating successful product launches and full life cycle management.
- Experience defining and releasing products at scale, preferably in B2B2C, including collaborating with partner teams to align and drive cross-organizational goals.
- Strong platform intuition with a demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer facing features.
- Experience developing and communicating a clear product strategy closely aligned with the company’s overall goals, including defining product roadmaps and vision.
- Experience using data analytics and metrics to inform product decisions including A/B testing, user feedback, and other data sources to iterate and improve products.
- Experience with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into detailed product requirements.
- A technical fluency with the ability to discuss and understand architectural concepts, enabling schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach to product management with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation, stay abreast of industry trends, and adapt strategies to meet evolving demands.
What you'll be doing
- Build, maintain, and evolve a strategy to help project work streams come together as a cohesive product offering.
- Define, create, and maintain a cohesive product roadmap to include all partner projects.
- Partner with stakeholders and contributors (including business development, marketing, GTM, developers, project/program managers, data science, engineers) to design and own product definitions, feature roadmaps, and goals.
- Draft documents to describe plans, goals, and solutions including annual and quarterly plans, feature requirements, resourcing tasks, and more.
- Write feature requirements, review technical designs, and work across teams to craft disruptive solutions for complex problems.
- Identify and elevate product opportunities while identifying and mitigating major risks.
- Work closely with engineering leaders and design counterparts to identify and document business requirements, measuring and sharing progress against goals, and championing adoption with customers and partners.
- Analyze data, develop actionable insights, and be a resident expert in product growth and landscape.
- Conduct product based experiments, analyze, and report results, strategically developing proof of insights that steer downstream investments, strategies, and deliverables
- Advocate for the appropriate resourcing to maintain sustainable workload for product, design, and engineering.
- Collaborate with business leadership to develop and maintain product marketing and GTM strategies

Salary: $180,000-$190,000/yr
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance. We believe strongly that if you contribute to adding to Ubiety’s value, you should share in that value.
