- Collaborate with the Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Innovation and other stakeholders to shape the product and service roadmap for MaxorPlus.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers.
- Solicit and integrate feedback from various sources to innovate and improve products and services.
- Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, providing necessary support and resources for skill development.
- Partner with Marketing department to maximize revenue, enhance client satisfaction,
- Review contract renewals and develops strategies in partnership with the Account Management team.
- Drive the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of pharmacy benefit and clinical program products and services.
- Serve as a key resource for product strategy, offering expertise on pharmacy benefit benefit and clinical program products.
- Foster a culture of curiosity to understand and improve existing systems and processes, informing product design and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop project plans and oversee the rollout of new products and services.
- Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape and anticipate market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Partner with marketing to create market-facing collateral across the product lifecycle, including sales materials, RFP responses, and promotional content.
- Identify and execute marketing activities in alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure consistent representation of products and services across proposals, sales materials, and other collateral.
- Support various Clinical strategy initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in pharmacy benefit management preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Development, including product launches and lifecycle management, with demonstrated experience leading teams.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, team leadership and project management to achieve successful outcomes.
- Track record of managing cross-functional projects to meet deadlines and objectives effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control, and monitor project activities, include basic financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities within a matrix organization.
- Versatile and self-directed, capable of tacking diverse challenges autonomously with minimal supervision.
