Administrative Assistant in Burlington, VT. 

Pay: $20

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9a-4pm with some flexibility once trained. 

Duration: Temporary  

The Property Management Administrative Assistant provides organizational support to the Property Management department and customer service to the general public. The PM Admin Assistant works with a diverse group of people internally and externally. This position should be familiar with basic requirements and operations of all programs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers the telephone and greets applicants and the general public at the main administrative office.  Routes calls or messages to appropriate individuals
• Collects rent payments and post payments
  
• Monthly ACH processing and maintaining accurate records regarding changes
• Provide administrative support to different areas.
  
• Runs varies reports.
• Completes multiple tasks and projects efficiently, effectively, and professionally
• Responsible for scanning files into the new file software
• Performs other related duties assigned by the Director of Property Management or Executive Director
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or an equivalent.
• Three years previous office experience.
• Excellent communication, people and office skills
• Have proficient computer skills, including windows-based word processing, spreadsheet and database use.
