Administrative Assistant in Burlington, VT.
Pay: $20
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9a-4pm with some flexibility once trained.
Duration: Temporary
The Property Management Administrative Assistant provides organizational support to the Property Management department and customer service to the general public. The PM Admin Assistant works with a diverse group of people internally and externally. This position should be familiar with basic requirements and operations of all programs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers the telephone and greets applicants and the general public at the main administrative office. Routes calls or messages to appropriate individuals
- Collects rent payments and post payments
- Monthly ACH processing and maintaining accurate records regarding changes
- Provide administrative support to different areas.
- Runs varies reports.
- Completes multiple tasks and projects efficiently, effectively, and professionally
- Responsible for scanning files into the new file software
- Performs other related duties assigned by the Director of Property Management or Executive Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or an equivalent.
- Three years previous office experience.
- Excellent communication, people and office skills
- Have proficient computer skills, including windows-based word processing, spreadsheet and database use.
