Admin Clerk- REMOTE Position / Work From Home
AFT is seeking an Admin Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The candidate must be extremely reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Document everything done
- Organize all documents created
- Signed and managed under one platform
- For audit purposes, they are required to store all company files, new hires, contracts, trucks by vin and type, office personal, and termination paperwork along with the AFT OTR new hire paperwork
- Perform all other admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Admin Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar
- Must be reliable
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
