A well-established law firm in Bloomington, Illinois is seeking an energetic, highly organized, fast learner who will become a part of our amazing team. This is a full-time position working closely to support our attorneys, managers, and paralegal team. This position requires a wide variety of skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing daily mail
- Drafting e-mail and letters for clients
- Utilization of case management tools for internal and external/client use
- Document maintenance to track case status
- Assist in the preparation of forms
- Maintaining electronic and paper files
- Effectively communicating with clients regarding their case
- Backup and assist receptionist as needed
Skills:
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of assignments and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks, able to multi-task
Qualifications:
