Responsibilities:
- Working with ten clinicians, outsourced biller, and wellness coordinator to help all administrative responsibilities.
-Bill co-payments and all out of pocket billing for police and fire departments
-Ensure all clinician's paperwork and progress notes are completed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and help first time clients to help them with their needs
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with owner to help manage adminstrative tasks, contracts, and business related issues.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Work with multiple police and fire departments, providing crisis organization for therapists to manage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Medical Office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems such as Epic, Simple Practice
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
