Responsibilities
- Confirm accurate pricing on invoices, enter income data promptly, and mark P&L tasks complete.
- Assist in reviewing and amending contracts, creating lock lists, updating invoices, and monitor compliance.
- Maintain and update customer delivery reports, coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
- Assist Contract Manager, support departments, handling projects, and communicating tech issues.
- Ensure organizational efficiency in file maintenance, work area, and supplies.
Skills
- Detail-oriented in pricing, data entry, and contract management.
- Proficient in BuilderTrend, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- High-level critical thinking, effective communication, and time-management.
- Monitoring compliance, conducting research, and adapting to various tasks.
- Organizational skills for file maintenance, work area, and supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
