The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) is a membership organization with over two million members. We are growing quickly and expanding our Health Insurance Division in Florida.
AMAC is looking for qualified applicants with exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as sharp computer skills. Job duties will include:
· Scanning, emailing (sending secure emails), and faxing various documents to both clients and carriers on behalf of agents
· Sorting and distributing incoming mail to office
· Handling all incoming and outgoing mail for the Department
· Assisting in updating member dashboard (CRM) as needed
· Participation in departmental meetings
· Tracking agent production
· Following up with carriers regarding status of application when requested by agent
· Maintaining accurate office records and updating contacts
· Assisting with the planning of meetings, seminars, etc.
· Tracking and ordering office supplies
· Assisting Sales Manager with any special projects or assignments
· Performing and assisting in various projects assigned by upper management
