Form of work Position Name-Technical business analyst Responsibilities Formally documenting requirements so that they remain understandable for the business to subscribe to, while sufficiently comprehensive, structured and technically oriented to be translated into technical solutions by development team(s) Fulfilling the role of technology advisor for our clients and playing a key role in matching the functionality of our products to the needs and requirements of the business To define high-level scope and problem statements, develop clear user stories to bring them to life and create acceptance criteria by understanding testing needs and methodologies. Articulate problems, issues, requirements into tangible and deliverable technical work packages to improve our systems, platforms as well as processes. Work closely with our business areas to simplify their core business processes Be able to identify opportunities to automate the process and standardize them Qualifications Strong experience of Business Analysis methodology and associated processes and tools experience Extensive requirements gathering and process & workflow analysis skills & experience.
Excellent understanding of people, processes and technologies interdependencies within a complex business structure Delivery focused, engaging/consultative approach Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Technical background is a good to have
