Administrative Assistant

Description:

Temporary 1-2 month contract to support a cleanup effort. Administrative work, looking to compile multiple documents and tag each document in a system called Fieldworks.
It would be compiling lists form multiple documents into one so we can use a pivot table to then tag each applicable site to that loto document in Fieldworks. So really a bit of copy past then a short training on how to tag the sites in fieldworks. Transfer the data into one file for every site in NAM, to create that master file.

Hours - 8-5 pm EST

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
