Full-time Position - 40 Hours per week.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Minimum Starting Wage $18.00/hour

To support our growth, we need to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our team in West Jefferson, Ohio. M.H. EBY, Inc. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task while still paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a multi-line phone system
• Interacting with customers
• Assisting Sales and Service personnel
• Trailer and service invoicing
• Trailer titling
• Coordination with sales & service on other daily needs
• Data entry/general clerical activities

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, fax machine, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
