Administrative Assistant
Lile Wellness Partners is looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least one year of customer service experience to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who genuinely loves helping people and that is warm and friendly in a professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patient consults
- Assists with chart prep
- Sends patient appointment reminders
Qualifications
- Must have graduated High School, received a G.E.D or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Displays time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Must be energetic, happy, and willing to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
Skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Excel
- Telephone skills
- Ability to read, speak clearly and understand, and follow oral and written instruction.
- Problem solving skills.
- Multitasking capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
