Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers.
· Schedule appointments.
· Handle scanning and filing of documents.
· Oversee office supplies inventory.
· Manage equipment warranties.
· Assist with virtual paperwork, including data entry, document preparation, and electronic filing.
· Perform other important administrative tasks to support various departments and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in administrative support roles or similar positions.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
· Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus but not required.
