The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Salary Range: $14-$20, $30k-$42k

· Coordinates and schedules meetings, and appointments for directors, managers and supervisors.
· Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
· Maintains a system for recording expenses.
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
· Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
· Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
· Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
· Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
· Maintains filing systems as assigned.
· Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
· Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
· Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
· Provides information by answering questions and requests.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Plans and arranges company team building events.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Meticulous attention to detail· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.· Ability to work independently.
