About the Role
Responsible to provide timely legal and administrative services support to North America Legal team, Sales, and Business Development executives. Responsible for the planning, organizing, coordination, and centralizing of office work and associated personnel by acting as a liaison among departments and interacting externally for the benefit of the Company. Possess a positive, energetic, and professional disposition, be highly adaptable and results-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of approvals for legal accounts and maintaining legal accounts database; assist in sales/customer accounts as needed from time to time.
- Monitor and update, as required, corporate, real estate, litigation summaries, listings, and databases.
- Conducts research, assemble, and analyzes legal topics to prepare reports and documents.
- Manages and maintains Legal team, Sales and Business Development executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitates and/or coordinates meetings and events as instructed.
- Defines and implements organizing measures such as filing systems.
- Maintains regular attendance – at least three days a week in the Southfield office.
- Manages and maintains the Legal/Executive Suite
- Prepare expense reports and review departmental expense reports for accuracy prior to obtaining approval.
- Multi-task and utilize time management effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines; prioritize the importance of workflow for action in a timely manner; communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal departments, parent company and external third parties on various matters.
- Exercise a high level of discretion in all tasks, particularly in managing cross-departmental communications and projects.
- Follows safe work procedures; Uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); Uses workplace tools and equipment as instructed; Reports workplace hazards, injuries, and illness as soon as possible following event.
Who we are looking for
Education
- Graduation from college with major in law related field, or its equivalent
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience in an office
- Executive-level support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge
- Standard office administrative practices and procedures

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner. Able to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations with supervisor, co-workers and customers. Maintain a higher standard of professional conduct and strict confidentiality.
