Administrative Assistant

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This is a fast-paced position with a growing company. Looking for an outgoing front desk person to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting visitors and notifying employees of their arrival
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
• Sending messages through MS Outlook
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
• Manage and maintain files and records
• Keep office tiddy and clean
• Responsible for opening and closing the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
• MS Office proficiency
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any US employer

Skills

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sound decision-making and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Must be willing to work M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

BENEFITS

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• $18-$20 / hourly
• 5 days of personal time off (eligible upon successful completion of ninety (90) day assessment from date of hire.
• 10 vacation days (eligible after 1 year of continuous employment)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
