Administrative Assistant

Oral Surgery Specialists is looking for a self-motivated team player with a great attitude who is able to keep up at a high pace. This role will be responsible for:

- Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answering phones and scheduling patients

- Ensuring patient demographics are accurate and complete

- Contacting referring doctors for patient correspondence

- Proficient on computer and typing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• dental: 1 year (Preferred)
