What will you do?
The Administrative Assistant position supports the general office administrative functions to facilitate outstanding customer service for our clients. The role supports the key admin processes for the Inside Sales and Plant Management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects information: copies, organizes, and posts data; and prepares records and reports
- Types agendas for meetings, manuscripts, letters, and other documents
- Provides information to employees and sales personnel
- Operates office machines and keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures
- Maintains an organized work area in a clean and safe manner
- Works in other areas or departments as assigned
- Answers incoming calls; routes calls to appropriate recipient
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Competencies:
- Administrative experience is recommended.
- Requires average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies
- General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Windows, web browser, etc.)
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail
- Ability to work in a team setting
