Corum Real Estate Group is a growth-oriented, local Real Estate company looking to find a reliable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key role will support busy and supportive PMs and work out of a AAA class property in the Denver Tech Center and help with the management of 500k square feet of Commercial/Office buildings.
Description of Duties:
- Oversee daily administrative and customer service needs of commercial tenants
- Work closely to enhance tenant relations and work order follow up
- Update service contracts
- Maintain tenant and vendor COI’s
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Conduct and issue property inspection reports
- Review and code property invoices
Skills required:
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-directed with excellent follow-through
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Strong technical skills with MS Office and Excel
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to drive to other local commercial assets as needed
- MRI experience preferred but not required
