Responsibilities:
- Customer service and call management
- Technician communication and dispatch scheduling
- Timecard maintenance and issue resolution
- Work order preparation and delivery
- Office communication and document management
- Inventory tracking and ordering
- Accounts receivable support and bill entry
- General assistance to colleagues and additional administrative tasks

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of office administrative experience
- Strong Organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Ability and willingness to handle regular changes and movement due to business growth
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Thorough and efficient knowledge of basic computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
