Job Description
This is a part time job helping the owner as an Administrative Assistant. The position is Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and able to work independently. Previous working knowledge of macOS and iOS is preferred. This is a fast paced job with many moving parts. The right person will be a flexible team player with a good attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers on the phone and via email
- Managing calendars.
- Submitting service reports, filing, organizing.
- Invoicing, AR, data entry, customer account maintenance and website management (no experience necessary).
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
