ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our Richland location. This position provides support to doctors and therapists, and specific duties include:
- Answer multi-line telephone
- Schedule appointments
- Collect new patient information
- Collect client co-payments
- Provide reminder calls
- Typing
- Filing
- Communicate directly with doctors, therapists, community officials, and other staff members
- Compile reports
- Scan and drop EMR documents into EMR charts
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Skills, Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The successful applicant should have at least one-year experience working in an office setting. Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
